- 2 cans of tuna in water drained
- 1 large ripe avocado pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess
Prepare the Ingredients:
Drain the tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.
Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl with the tuna.
Finely chop the red onion, celery, and cucumber. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Add all the vegetables to the mixing bowl.
