Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix the Dough:
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Combine Dry Ingredients:
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Prepare Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture:
  • In a small bowl, mix together the 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
