- 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz pasta penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional, for heat
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Cook the Pasta:
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season and Sear the Steak:
In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Toss the steak bites in the seasoning blend.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
