- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to your spice preference
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped (optional)
- Tortilla chips crackers, or veggie sticks for dipping
Preheat Oven and Prepare Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces (you can use rotisserie chicken for an easy shortcut).
Mix Ingredients:
In a medium saucepan or skillet over low-medium heat, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until the mixture is smooth and heated through, about 5 minutes.
Once the cream cheese mixture is smooth, stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese (if using). Mix until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined.
Bake the Dip:
Transfer the dip into a small baking dish (8x8 works well) and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve:
Once the dip is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
