Easy Steak Cubes and Gravy Recipe

- 1 lb steak cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter optional
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak cubes until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
Sprinkle flour over onions and garlic, then gradually add beef broth, stirring to avoid lumps. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
