- 1 lb. carrots peeled and cut into sticks or rounds
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Carrots:
Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks or rounds, depending on your preference. Try to make the pieces as uniform as possible for even roasting.
