  • 1 lb. carrots peeled and cut into sticks or rounds
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Carrots:
  • Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks or rounds, depending on your preference. Try to make the pieces as uniform as possible for even roasting.
  • Make the Garlic Butter:
