  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • For the Salmon Bites
  • Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon pieces dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Cook the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
