Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup papaya diced
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut optional
  • 1/2 cup orange segments optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
  • For the Lime Honey Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • Pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruits:
  • Start by washing and peeling the fruits as needed. Dice the pineapple, mango, papaya, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces. Slice the strawberries and orange segments (if using). Add all the fresh fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  • Make the Lime Honey Dressing:
  • In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, olive oil, lime zest, and a pinch of salt (if desired). Whisk until everything is well combined and the dressing is smooth.
  • Toss the Salad:
